I'm not a life coach and I'm not a motivational speaker. I'm a man who decided the pattern my family was living wasn't going to continue with me.

The Marine Corps showed me what it meant to show up with discipline when it's hard. Being a father showed me why any of it matters in the first place. Rebuilding a career from scratch — skilled trades to executive protection to tech — that's where I learned nobody's coming to hand you the blueprint.

Divorce, career rebuilds, learning how to be a father without a playbook. None of it came with instructions. You figure it out or you don't.
